Your client is starting something in France. You can’t be there. We can.

Lawyers, notaires, accountants, wealth managers and family offices send us clients who are about to buy, move or set up in France and have nobody on the ground. You keep the relationship and the advice. We run the execution and report to you.

The situation you recognise

A client calls about an apartment in Paris, a house in Provence, a company to set up, a move with children. You can structure it. You cannot visit the property, chase the notaire, open the bank account, brief the architect or be there when the plumber comes. Until now, either you did it anyway, or the client did, badly, from another time zone.

How it works

  1. 01

    You introduce us

By email or a three-way call. Nothing more.

  2. 02

We talk to your client for 20 minutes

No pitch. If we are not the right fit, we say so.

  3. 03

    We deliver a Project Map

Who does what, in what order, at what cost. You see it before your client signs anything with anyone.

  4. 04

We run the mission on the ground

And copy you on progress at the rhythm you choose.

  5. 05

    Your client stays yours

We never advise on what is yours to advise on, and we send them back to you every time a question is legal, tax or investment.

What you get out of it

A client who stops calling you about plumbers. A written record of the whole project, from decisions to invoices. And, for every property we touch, a living passport: every intervention documented with the contractor, the date, the part, the invoice and the insurance certificate valid that day. When something goes wrong three years later, the file you need already exists.

What we never do

We don’t give legal, tax or investment advice. We don’t take commissions from agents, banks, contractors or products. We don’t pay for introductions and we don’t accept payment for them: the relationship works on reciprocity, or not at all.

The question to ask your clients

“Are you about to buy, move or start something in France, and do you have anyone there yet?”

If the answer is no, that is us.
