What we don’t do.
A private office is defined as much by what it refuses as by what it takes on. Here is where we stop.
We don't give legal, tax or investment advice.
We know which questions to ask and who answers them. The answer, and the signature, come from a licensed professional you pay directly.
We don't take commissions.
Not from agents, banks, contractors, insurers or products. Our fee is agreed with you before we start.
We don't manage your money.
We can help you find the right people for it. We never hold funds, never execute a transaction on your behalf, never have access to your accounts.
We don't do lifestyle concierge.
No restaurant bookings, no theatre tickets, no travel. If that is what you need, we know good people and will introduce you.
We don't do medical.
We can help you find a doctor and register with the French health system. We don’t coordinate care.
We don't start without a Project Map.
No mission begins on a phone call and a handshake. Scope, price and responsibilities are written first. It protects you as much as us.
We don't work around the rules.
No cash, no arrangements, no shortcuts with the administration, the syndic or the tax office. France rewards patience and documentation. We are good at both.
We don't run projects for people who want to run them themselves.
We work best with people who hand over the whole and want one accountable person. If you want to stay in charge of every decision and every contractor, we are probably not the right fit, and we will say so on the first call.
We don't promise availability we don't have.
A small team, on the ground, answering within 48 hours in the private office and faster on active missions. Not a hotline, not a 24/7 desk. Emergencies on a property we look after are handled; last-minute wishes are not.
