Every property we work on gets a file that grows with it. Not a folder of PDFs. A single, structured record of everything that has ever been decided, installed, repaired or signed about the place, kept by someone who was there.

Why the last line matters

In France, your recourse against a contractor rests on three things: what was done, when, and proof that he was insured at that moment. Miss one and there is no recourse, only a second invoice.

For an owner who lives abroad and will never meet the plumber, the passport is the difference between being protected and being exposed. It is the file your lawyer will ask for the day something goes wrong, and the file that sells the property the day you leave.

How it stays alive

Contractors document their own work through a link: photos, invoice, certificate, three lines. We check and file it. You see it in your portal the same week, wherever you are. Nothing depends on you remembering to ask.

Included in every mission. On its own: from €2,500 to €4,000 to build, then kept alive within the private office subscription, from €300 a month.
